The fully equipped surgery is the best place to be seen so please attend the surgery wherever possible.
However, if you are housebound or are unable to get to the surgery due to illness please telephone the surgery before 10.30am to request a home visit.
The receptionist will take your details and a doctor may telephone you after morning surgery to discuss your request. Home visits may not always be undertaken by a GP.
Another health care professional may call if the GP considers this appropriate, for example a district nurse or a nurse from the Urgent Care Team.
